How to add a dynamic link to an email
Hello,
Adding a static link to an email works perfectly. However, if we want to add a link that is a concatenation of a string with a property reference, it's not working.
Does anyone know anything about this?
Any help would be much appreciated.

We included this html code in the correspondence.
URL-->Contains the complete link
pyID-->Contains only the Case ID.

URL is the property that concatenates the string and the opp ID

may i know what is it doing now, in the email do u just see the static part and not the property val?
how about if you have a temp property which will hold the complete value (concatenation of static and property ref) and use this temp propty as link in email?

Hello,
Your approach works if I want to show the users the whole link. However, if I only want them to see the property value as a link and when they click on it, it directs them to the whole link
example: the email should show "Opp1234" (ID property) but the actual link is "http://pega.com/Opp1234"

ok, to meet that requirement, use the temp property (which has conbination of static+ prop ref) in the src of the anchor tag and in the display part just use the original prop ref ...

While displaying it in the email it was directly displaying the Tags and not the value.
We tried the below and it worked, we included the anchor tag in a Correspondence Frangment rule:-
<A HREF=" Proprietary information hidden?reply-to= Proprietary information hidden&Subject={.pyID} %20-%20Rejected&Body=This%20has%20been%20Rejected">Reject The Request</>
If you notice here pyID is braces and it worked.
