How to add a form inside a email

I have a requirement where the email that has to be sent to a user should contain a form inside it. The users then need to fill the form inside the mail and should submit. Can anyone explain to me how this particular requirement can be configured?

Can you try using GenerateEform activity to generate the form and you can send this form through Email by calling sendEmail notification / pySendEmail.
