Activity for Storing Data into Data Table

A blank record is getting added instead of the data that I entered in the form.The steps i followed were:-

In steps tab

Step 1 : Page-New

Step 2 : Property-Set

Step 3 : Obj-Save

Step 4 : Commit

Also added the parameters in parameters tab.

and added the activity in flow action post-processing section.Where did I go wrong?

See the clipboard page or property for the values which have entered on to the form.

set the values from Clipboard page property or property on to page,which the you have created through page-new.
