It appears to be configured correctly. I have a few questions:

• Have you checked the Pega log file to verify there are no security exceptions occuring which are preventing the operation ?
• Have you looked at the clipboard pages to verify there are no Page messages which would prevent a commit ?
• Have you tried to use the tracer to get more detailed information on what is occuring.

Also a few points :

• In the Activity, when you specify the Step Page, there is no need to re-specify in the method parameters such as in your fourth screen shot where the step page is WPage and you are performing a property set to WPage.ID (You could have just used .ID here)
• You should avoid using the commit method in an activity if it is being run in a flow. For this use case it is probably fine but please keep this in mind.
• This is not the appropriatte place to submit this question as it is not directly related to the CLSA course content. In the future, please consider posting generic "how to" questions to the PRPC Forum.

Just give the step  page name for commit method otherwise primary page will be committed which is nothing current record where you are performing there operations.Just give Dpage in your case and lets see
