Activity Page is no Loading properly

Hi,

Activity in our application is not loading properly, Can anyone suggest what can be done to make it normal.

If the distortion of the user interface is specific to only this particular activity, can you revalidate and save this activity to observe its behavior?

This looks an UI renders incorrectly issue. Is there anything shown in the logs for this activity rule?

If revalidate and save on this activity rule does not fix the issue, you may need to clean up cache tables.

We haven't find any thing about activities in logs.

And the the application runs of Pega 7.1.7 platform.

we dint perform any changes recently, lower environment is working fine.only issue with production.
