Load Data Page not loading parameterized data page properly
Hi All,
I have case type where i am updating a customer details. All the customer details are maintained as data type.I am using the load data page step in stage and calling the savable data page. I am passing the parameter Customer id from the previous step where it is available in pyWorkpage. It is not loading the customer details which i entered in the previous step. I can see error in data page load.
I have attached the screenshot of my case type and output and clipboard.
Can you please let me know if any error or wrong usage of step.

Looking at the screenshots seems like your customerid is not setting on the page correctly as it does not show in your second screen too.
Did you trace this out and see if the parameters exist when the dpage is called?
Also try to hardcode once and see if it works

The value is available in pyWorkpage but it is not taking the value from that page while data page is invoked.It passes null. Even when i try to hardcode and do, it does not take the value from work page. One thing i can observe in the tracer, i can see for ADP load event type is success, in that it takes whatever parameter i passed. Please see Hardcoded_value_screenshot2 . Also ADP load is happening in different thread and in clipboard i cannot see the ADP loaded.

Hello,
Just for safe side, are we passing the parameter value which is given in data page to the source inside it.? sometime's we will forget to tick that checkbox (I assume you would have double checked it). If you have done it properly, data page should take parameter value. Try to delete that data page, and create another data page from scratch. Even if that doesn't solve. we can use lookup data page.
