Activities in Pega 7.4

Can any one provide me how to create activity in PRPC 7.4.

When I created a activity am getting error and the activity is failed in tracer. Data is not posting into Clipboard page.

I created a simple activity [only contain one step - Property-Set] on my Pega 7.4 system. It worked ok. I could see the data was posted in Clipboard page. 

Can you provide more information about your activity? What are you going to do in activity?

Can you also follow my use case and create a very simple one and check the result?

What is the tracer log saying about the failure?
