ActionInsights DataSet not updated with Suppressions

Hi,

Greetings. Hope you are all doing well!

I have an issue with ActionInsights dataset not being updated with any records (it is empty) in our staging environment,we deployed a code with Contact Policies enabled on few actions, did a cluster restart but still i could not see any records being written to ActionInsights. This is working in development environment. Any ideas on what's causing this?

I am on Pega Platform v8.5.4 and CDH v8.5.

This has been resolved now, somehow in dev we do not have one of the HFIXs and the way suppressions are processed has been changed when environment has been upgraded to 8.5.4. We now need to create a real-time data flow DF_ProcessSuppressions with PegaNBAM:Agents as Access Group. After doing this ActionInsights are populated and contact policies are working.
