Hi

We upgrade from pega 7.1.2 to pega 8.2 ,The OOTB ear file is deployed and vaidated the designer studio.

We get the error " This action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction. " from the clipboard page ,Product import wizard.

There are many post which says about this error on App code ,multiple stale commits.

those are not applicable here .

Why this occurs in OOTB designer studio ? Any specifics to be corrected ?

Platform : Pega 8.2 with CPM FW

WAS 8.2

DB UDB 9.5

There are hundreds of reasons why this can occur.  A network trace will reveal why this is happening.  Try capturing everything from the time you render the problem screen through to the error.  If you attach the trace to this post, I'll review it and tell you what is happening.  Also please include the actual "transaction id mismatch" error from the PegaRULES log file for the time of the error.
