Hi

I get the following error in the flow at certain times in Pega Work flow (Version 7.1.7)

"This action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction."

Has anybody also experienced it or know the reason why it occurs?

I traced it and I could see an activity called pystaleTransaction running . Not sure what it is .In this activity only this error is maintained.

pystaleTransaction ensures the TransactionID to be maintained. a sequence of commits would cause this activity to run

Hi team,

 

This is Pega OOTB activity so do we need to modify events ?how to resolve this any approach.

after upgrading from pega 6.2  to  pega 7.1.8 only while calling event on click of button  called re-open screen getting this error.
