About Queue Processor

I just want to know few things about queue processor.

1. What should i do when queue processor doesn't process the messages. I see messages count in Ready To Process increases  but it doesn't process any messages. When i trace the queue processor tracer says No items to trace.

2. How do i move the message queued from one queue processor to another?
