Abbyy licensing service is unavailable

Hi folks,

While processing the image file to pdf am getting the below exception.Do i still need to install ABBY reader to run the Document OCR or installing the OCR Essentials is enough?

Exception Type: OpenSpan.Utils.AbbyyLicensingException SpecificMessage: "ABBYY Licensing Service is unavailable: The RPC server is unavailable."

Message: "Could not License Abbyy Engine."
