7.2 case manger jaws unable to read Selected Content

In my case accesibility and readabilty are performed by using jaws screen reader.  When I click enter team members it is collapsing. That is OK for me. but after enter TAB' button it has to read the where the curser is there. Here, I am using the grid repeat layout inside dynamic layout. Please assist me with this.
