“Regular” and "Occasional" users Operators list in Pega 7.1.9

Hi,

How do I get the list of “Regular” and "Occasional" users Operators list in Pega 7.1.9?

I we can get the “Regular” and "Occasional" number easily however we need the Operator list for the same.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

Pega maintains  a table called  “PR_USAGE_SUMMARY” where we get all the count for the Regular, Occasional , Peakdayusers  etc. I really don’t know how dose Pega define the logic for Regular and Occasional users.

My requirement is, how do I get the list of (Operator IDs) Regular and Occasional users?
