Unable to create a case in Pega 7.1.9

I'm working on a demo application. I had created a case named DeclarativeRules. The first step is about the DeclareOnchage. I added a watcher on a variable with the help of declare onchange. And after this all of sudden the application stop creating the cases and just shows a message (HSBC-Div-JobAppli-Work-DeclarativeRules valid) Please check the screenshot attached.

Has anybody faced this issue before?
