Hello team

I get an error when trying to open a presentation link that was sent to me (https://my.pega.com/prweb/PRAuth/SSO/MyPega/DOC-147009).

Seems I am not authorised to open or access the space PEGASOCIAL-GROUP SPACE-637.

Can you please help me resolve it ?

It seems the space group is private, and only authorized people will be able to access the group.

Please check who is the owner of the group and ask them to add you as a group member, then you will be able to access the group without an issue.
