We have a requirement to display the documents which are pinned to Spaces in the user portal as a dropdown list as below. What I am noticing is that only the documents which are in the "Document" area are listed.
Is there a way to include the documents uploaded and pinned on the Space as well in this field.
We need to suggest the Customer to maintain there documents effectively so that the relevant templates and documents can be accessed in this manner.
Request to clarify the standard recommendation and best practice around this requirement.
