We have an existing Pega application running on an older server. Unfortunately, at this point, no one has access to any valid operator credentials.

Details of the issue:

• The operator ID and password for all known users are unavailable.

• Even the default Pega operators (such as [email protected] or other standard admin users) are not working.

• There is no documented credential backup or password vault for this environment.

• What is the recommended and supported approach to regain access to the Pega application?

• Is there a way to reset or recreate an operator with administrative privileges directly via the database or any other supported mechanism?
