AI Agents in Pega Community Edition
Are AI agents enabled in Pega Community Edition? I get the following error when trying to test an AI agent. Kindly confirm if any steps need to be taken to enable or set credentials or if this capability is not available on CE.

@LAHIRIG1 Try with other AI Models in the settings tab. GPT-4o-mini did work for me.

@LAHIRIG1 Can you tell me the steps to get to this screen? Sorry I don't already know how to, but I can try check another CE system for this once I know how to get to the same place.

@PhilipShannon - Thank you for checking on this. Below are the steps I followed -
- Imported a blueprint into CE.
- In App Studio navigated to AI Designer and created an AI Agent rule instance.
- Next navigate to Channels -> User Portal and added a Landing Page for AI agent. This was auto generated after importing the Blueprint.
- Navigated to the Landing Pages and ensured that the widget on the Agent landing page refers to the Agent rule I have created.
- Previewed the Portal and clicked on the AI Agent landing page. This brings the screen I have in the screenshot above.

I am trying to create a demonstration of Agentic AI, where I can expose this chat window to end users. Based on the end user's ask - the agent will determine what case type to create and auto populate relevant details based on the customer context and inputs shared in the conversation.
