Client Validation is Not Working
There is a section inside a Harness. Both are in Data class. Now for different inputs there is client validation and Server side validation. Client side validation means only the required checkbox is checked. But the clientside validation is not working. What can be the reason?

Make sure the submit comes from a standard action that triggers validation (Finish assignment/Submit button with “Client side validation” on), not a custom activity or plain refresh. In the flow action or harness, enable client-side validation; if it’s off, “required” won’t fire. Verify the section’s page context is correct; a Data-class section must be dropped under the right page property, or the UI can’t find the properties to validate. Required fields must be visible and editable at submit time; if a field is hidden or disabled by a when rule, the browser skips it. Use OOTB auto-generated controls; custom HTML or non-auto controls often bypass client checks. Confirm the control’s Required condition actually evaluates to true and that the field isn’t rendered read-only. Open the browser console and fix any JavaScript errors, since one script error can stop all validations. If none of the above helps, switch to server validation on submit and then add back client checks once the submit path and context are correct
