When a notification is clicked from the Bell icon, the associated work object opens - but it should also scroll to and focus on the message linked to the notification, similar to the behavior in the Pega Support Portal. We’re looking to understand if there’s an out-of-the-box feature or an extension script file in Pega that can be leveraged or customized to enable this functionality.
