Pulse notification not working

We are running Pega 8.7 but the pulse notification is not working. When we open the pyProcessNotification queue processor and check the queued items, the error says 'Stream service not initialized'.

How can we resolve this issue?

@AvisekM6 could you take a look at our troubleshooting guides for 'Stream service not initialized'?

There have been some other user posts on the forum such as this one.

There is also a video which covers all the key concepts & demonstrates search with & without stream node in 8.x version.

Your log files should provide you with 'caused by' reasons that will  provide more information on where to rectify the running of the nodes.
