DX APis v2 create case issue
Hi, I am trying to create cases via DX APIs v2 using below JSON,

but it seems to be failing with below error

I have tried different json combination and verified the JSON is correct. But still it is returning this error. Am I missing something here??

Can you please add the Process ID and try again? The below sample worked for me in the Infinity 23 version.
{ caseTypeID: "XXX-XXXXXX-Work-XXXX", content: {}, processID: "pyStartCase" };

Thanks it worked butthe case is going into flowproblems as it is trying to run "NewWork" flow, it should run the pyStartcase or other flow which we pass.

Can you please create the case manually and check if the same issue with New case creation? If yes, you can use tracer to identify the root cause

Normal creation works fine, even DX API v1 works fine. As of now i am using V1 API to create case, but i cant understand why the v2 is failing

Can you please check the payload in the network tab between V1 and V2 APIs?
I hope your application is built on Constellation. V2 DX APIs will work ONLY on the Constellation application.

Add few that fields in primary fields.

If you tried the following it should have worked.

If you want pyDescription to be sent in the request payload, you should update "AllowedStartingFields" data transform.
Save the Work- class "AllowedStartingFields" data transform in your case type class i.e., XX-YYYY-Work-Dispute and add pyDescription. Please see the attached.

Faced the same issue, v2 works fine if the content doesn't have any attributes ( "content":{ } ). v1 works fine with or without content.
