Methods to Accelerate Manually Created Cases' Advancement
Hi,
E:g: A case has three steps as A, B and C.
Is there any approach to automatically advance a case from Step A to Step C after a user creates it manually?
Step B needs to be processed automatically for this.
The primary expectation is to minimize the case processing time.

You're saying steps, does that mean A,B,C are three different steps in the same stage? Are A,B,C then different assignments?

The OOTB method would be to use change stage in A and move to C. Else you have to manually open the case and generate the pxFlow(pzInternalCaseFlow) page and fill the correct values of A,B,C, so that Pega considers that the process moved A>B>C

If there are no assignments or waits (like a timer) between the steps in a process, Pega will automatically advance the case to the next step. This is the default behavior in Pega.
If there are assignments or waits between the steps, you can configure the flow to conditionally bypass them. This can be done using decision shapes, when rules, or other logic that checks certain conditions. If the condition evaluates to true, Pega can skip the assignment or wait and move to the next step.
Pega provides smart shapes like "Change Stage" or "Continue Process" that can help you control the flow of the case based on conditions, allowing for more complex case management.
