Replacement of PromptSelect Control in constellation

Do We have any Replacement of PropmtSelect in Constellation? or anything similar to that?

We have used PromptSelect as custom control in many RD's. We would like to replace it with better alternative. pxDropDown is not working as expected in RD.

There is the Picklist field type in constellation as detailed in the below referenced doc:

Apologies but I don't think I fully understand the question here though.  By RD you are referring to Report Definition right?  How are you referencing an RD in constellation where you would need / want to be able to configure a UI control?  Could you provide any more detail?
