How to enable PEGA ootb case archival/purge policy in pega cloud smart investigate application
We have a pega smart investigate application in Pega cloud, and we would like to enable pega ootb archival/purge feature for all the work classes in PEGA SI. As all the work classes in pega SI are rule-obj-class rules, not the case type rules, could not find a way to enable archive/purge policies. Please suggest how to enable archive/purge policies in Pega SI application.

@sravankumark9913 In Pega Infinity, the archival and purge feature is configured at the case type level. If your work classes in Pega SI are not case types, you may need to create case types that correspond to these work classes. Once you have case types, you can enable archival and purge by going to the case type settings and enabling the archival settings. However, please note that Pega stopped supporting Purge and Archive Wizard for Pega Cloud from 8.6 and for on-premise clients and cloud-choice clients from 8.8. It's recommended to start using the Case Archival feature from 8.7.
