Pega Voice AI with 8.7.3 version

Hi,

We enabled Voice AI on Pega Platform 8.7.3 , with this setting Pega team recommends that for every 150 users need to have one additional BatchNode .

I came to know that if we upgrade to Infinity 23 then no need to have additional Background Nodes since it runs on Pega cloud, is this right thing ????
