Requestor details for backgroud jobs

I have when condition referred in activity which will be like @String.startsWith(OperatorID.pyAccessGroup,"******").If the condition is true need to do some property-set. But when same activity runs through job scheduler or queue processor this when condition fails, as we dont have operator page for backgroud jobs. How to get accessgroup details for background jobs
