How do I disable display of Knowledge Management in the Interaction Portal?
Hi all,
I am trying, but failing, to remove the Knowledge Management bar from our interaction portal.
As far as I can understand, I should be able to go into App Studio > General > Knowledge management and untick the 'Enable display of knowledge articles' checkbox.
However, as pictured in the attached screenshot, all 'Knowledge management' settings are greyed out, and I am unable to edit them. I have searched for an answer with no luck, I have unlocked a PegaKM ruleset version to see if that would allow me to make changes, but to no avail.
Can someone please help me to remove the Knowledge management bar?!
