Agents stuck/hung in Pega 7.1.9. Need to start them manually again from SMA each time

Agents are getting stuck/hung in Pega 7.1.9. When checked in SMA, next run time is past time. but agent is not running. We should start it again from SMA each time.

No errors in logs and exceptions faced by agent.

Can anyone please advise if they faced similar issue.

@SowjanyaLaxmiG2267 Inside SMA when you go to Agents tab beside u can see if agent is throwing any agent exception. can check what is the exception there. that will help you better

Also, when trying to bring up the agent do a trace so that u can know what is happening and what is causing it to down.
