Need Help ** WE are observing for few cases, getting status as New on Resolution
Hi All,
We are observing for few cases, the case status is getting New instead of Resolved Completed or Resolved Cancelled or Resolved Rejected. Tried tracing by creating new cases, but not able to replicate in lowers.
Please share any ideas regarding this issue and how to overcome the same.
We are using Pega 8.7

Did you check the pxFlow page and pxStageHistory page in clipboard to confirm if there is any deviation from the regular case type flow that you have in your system for those cases.

@PrakashDeep Thanks for your response, we are Observing that pxFlowpath within Pxflow is not getting generated to few cases, Looking into the same Prakash, as we are using listners not getting why exactly the flow is getting broken

Please check pxCommitDateTime and pyResolutionTimestamp to confirm if there are any other processes updating the cases at a later time.

@RameshSangili Thank you Ramesh for the response, there is no descripences observed with in the resolved time stamps, what just the cases are getting to New status by the time of reolved-completed or canceled or rejected.
