Parent case is not releasing from wait shape when child cases status reaches-Specific scenario
Scenario:
I have created a parent case T-123 along with 4 child cases C-1,C-2,C-3,C-4 and configured wait shape with option "All child cases to reaches status Pending-Approval" Requirement: I need to release from wait shape whenever if All 4 Pending , 2 Pending(2Resolved), 3Pending(1 Resolved) Issue:
It is considering all statuses together (including resolved) and Parent case got stuck in wait shape when child case statuses are 2 Pending, 2 resolved(it is based on configuration on wait shape but how to Move out from this Wait shape?) Solutions tried:
Used resume flow activity in child case submission by using some custom logic but it is resolving all child cases and also parent assignment.

@MaheshkumarR8237 instead of wait shape, you can route the case to a work queue. So work queue in place of wait.
Then do resume flow as you did from child case. It should work.
