403 Forbidden Error Mobile after Login Reset Password

Our users are reporting error when clicking on Trouble Logging In on Mobile Application, we are using 8.7.3 version and recently 2 pega Security Hotfixes were applied by Pega Cloud.  

Users are provided a OTP in email, user enters details on screen then chooses new password and confirms password.  Then user gets the Forbidden Error. 

so how to fix?

@samuelmarthins Based on the information provided, it seems that the issue might be related to the security hotfixes applied recently.

Please see  the support document referenced below.

If the below suggestions do not help, I recommend raising a support ticket with Pega via the MSP, providing all the necessary details about the error and the hotfixes applied.
