[Help] Pega Mobile login fails after forgot password until app is closed
Hello,
I am facing an issue only on Pega Mobile 8.3 and 24.1 related to the Forgot Password / Reset Password flow.
Scenario
-
User selects Forgot Password
-
OTP validation succeeds
-
Password is successfully changed
-
User is redirected back to the login screen
-
User attempts to log in using the new password
Issue
When the user tries to log in again using the new password, the login does not succeed.
The screen simply refreshes and returns to the login page.
In order to log in successfully, the user must close the mobile application completely and reopen it, then log in again using the new password.
In some cases, the following error is also displayed:
"Application misconfigured. The state parameter does not match the expected value."
This issue does not occur on the web version, only on Pega Mobile.
Question
Is there any recommended or supported solution to allow the user to log in immediately after resetting the password on Pega Mobile, without requiring the user to close and reopen the application?
