How to use auto balancing from Robot Manager?

Hi,

I have a requirement where I am scheduling the Bots in Robot Manager, Bot has to move to automatically work groups where cases are in queue. instead of working in scheduled work group. Can anyone suggest how to use auto balancing option from RM?
