Sending correspondance
A bank provides 3 types of loans to its customers - Home , Personal and Gold. As part of marketing and promotional campaigns, different mails need to be sent to the target customer based on their preferred type of loan as shared by the internal Lead generation team. How do you satisfy this requirement?

By using post-processing activity we can achieve this requirement. Based on the preferred type we have to write When conditions, within the when condition we have to call "send simple email" OOTB activity by passing the required parameters.
