How to open a particular case ID in a new window
I have a requirement wherein on click of the case ID link it should open in a new window.I tried to use the action set but didn’t work for me.

- In the section or flow action where you have the case ID link, select the link control.
- In the "Action" tab of the "Properties" panel, click "New" to add a new action.
- Select "Open URL" in Window" from the action set list.
- In the "URL" field, enter the URL of the case ID link you want to open in a new window.
- In the "Target" field, select "_blank" to open the URL in a new window.
- Save and test your changes.

Could you please elaborate where can I find this Target field as the URL when I enter in the alternate domain URL field its not accepting my cases's URL,I am unable to submit that action.

To open a case ID link in a new window using a "Link" control, you can follow these updated steps:
- Select the "Link" control in your section or flow action where you have the case ID link.
- In the "Properties" panel, go to the "Actions" tab and click on "Add action".
- In the "Action" dropdown, select "Run script".
- In the "Script" field, enter the following JavaScript code:
window.open('<URL of your case ID link>', '_blank');
Replace the <URL of your case ID link> with the URL of your case ID link that you want to open in a new window.
- Click "OK" to save the action.
