Hi Taniya,

Can you elaborate on what do you mean by Anonymous customers and what information is available about them?  

Customer Decision hub as the capability to manage and define Prospects. While i couldn't find the 8.4 specific documentation, please refer to this  - https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-customer-decision-hub-user-guide/84/managing-prospects
