Email Manager Portal - Enhancements
We have recently worked on a 90-day MLP to customize Email Manager Portal for our client.
Following enhancements were done to handle the volumes:
1. Bulk processing has been implemented to take action on multiple emails at a time.
2. Auto Resolve feature has been implemented to resolve cases based on From email or Subject.
3. Skip of case creation has been implemented based on subject or from email address
Please consider adding these to the product backlog if possible,
