create product file - unable to export

create product file is not working and showing below screen.

I can also see other issues along with this like

1.cant import product jars 

2.report definition excel cant be downloaded. (if changed to very low rows as output, excel can be downloaded)

 

If i restart server , all of the above issues will be resolved temporarily and issue will reoccur in some days.

what could be the reason for this, any inputs will be helpful. looks to me like some memory utilization or configuration issue.
