Reports not getting created in Production Rulesets
Hi All,
I am trying to create a report from end user portal. I am able to create the report. But it is creating the report in one of the application rulesets but not in the production ruleset.
I have mentioned Production ruleset in the application rule and in the access group of the specific operator. In the access group rule, I have mentioned production ruleset in Production Rulesets field & in the default destination ruleset field.
Production ruleset has one unlocked version. But still it is creating the report definition in one of the application ruleset.
I am using Pega 8.4.2 version.
Please let me know how to achieve this.

Hello,
Have you tried to trace it? Your Production ruleset is obviously not the only one available apparently. Is it expected to have application rulesets still open in Production.

Hi,
There are some appilcation rulesets which are unlocked along with the production rulesets. That is why it is creating the report in application rulesets instead of production rulesets in Dev environment.
When I lock all the application rulesets in Dev environment, it is creating the report in production ruleset which is generally the ideal scenario in Production environment.
