"Unable to locate implementation of Database EJB class" in logs and users are not able to create cases in production
Hi
We are observing "Unable to locate implementation of Database EJB class" in production logs for every user and users are unable to create cases. All cases are not moving from new harness. Anyone have idea about this error. More to that it's only happening in one of the four nodes we have in production.

Please enable the debug level on below class and share the log file once the same occurred in pega rules log.

Pega resource suggested to add debug log on com.pega.pegarules.session.internal.engineinterface.etier.impl.DatabaseImpl
Not able to find the root cause yet. Will keep posted for any update. SR-C22386 is associated SR.
