How to remove the error flow message for the particular Service case
There is a workbasket list, in the list for specific service case it is showing in the assignment status as:
Error: Flow Removed.
When we click the service case it says:
The work object was updated. Refresh work list and reopen.

@LakshmiPriyaK4381 If you feel that the assignment is stale( the assignment was worked upon already but still shows in the workbasket with error message) then you can make use of ootb activity pxDeleteAssignment and pass the assignment's pzInsKey

@BhanuPrakash_G Hi, I have tried the same but still it not worked. I tried changing the status of the assignment also that also not opened the service case. When you click on the service case it says the work object was updated. Refresh worklist and reopen.
