Does Pega 8.8. personal edition includes a Constellation service?

Hello, does Pega 8.8. include Pega Constellation Service packaged? Will it be automatically installed with the Personal Edition 8.8? If not what is the easiest and fastest way to get started with Constellation and Pega Cosmos React on 8.8 ?

Install constellation docker and connect 8.8 PE with your local constellation engine to work on it.
