Attaching doc in Files and Doc Widget is not appearing in workarea attachment section

When we attach the doc from files and documents widget under attachment1 category, attachment is not appearing in workarea section, which is configured using same category that is attachment1.

@devsn  I'm assuming you followed Attaching content to a case and Configuring the Attach content control documentation.

Can you carry out some troubleshooting such as the steps suggested in this post and this post?

Please run Fiddler  or if you use Developer tool to check if you have any JavaScript issue been reported.
