how can we update the dashboard so that it should reflect to all users, instead of doing personlization ?
how can we update the dashboard so that it should reflect to all users, instead of doing personlization.
If suppose we need to add a widget to display for the users.

You can customize the dashboard as per your requirement and add this dashboard to which users needed this dashboard. So that it will reflect all the users.

To share the dashboard with all users.
Click Publish to default button after adding the extra widget in the dashboard.
This option is available for developers who can check out rules.
Your changes are seen only by users who have not yet personalized their dashboard. You cannot use the Publish to default option to globally reset a dashboard for all users in your application.

I don't see any difference when I click on publish to default option.

Whenever you publish the dashboard, Pega internally will create a instance of System-User-Dashboard, please delete the instance of the user that you are checking and try to publish again.
Your changes are seen only by users who have not yet personalized their dashboard. You cannot use the Publish to default option to globally reset a dashboard for all users in your application.
