SendCorr Agent stops sending emails all of a sudden
We are using Pega 7.4.0 version. We are having an issue with SendCorr Agent.
The Agent goes down all of a sudden and stops sending emails and the email copy is attached to the work object with error symbol.
Attaching the error for reference.
As a workaround we have to:
1. Restart agent via SMA
(OR)
1. If above is not possible delete the agent schedule data instances for all the BG nodes listed in Data-Agent-Schedule. Agent Schedule: Pega-ProCom
Any help here would be appreciated, as it is impacting a lot of staff in production.

@Ramya0457 Hi, seems like the system is unable to connect to the email account, can you try doing a test connectivity in your email account and see if the connection is successful.

@Ramya0457 Hi Ramya, Please do check with the team handling the email account there seems to be some issue in the response sent from SMTP server. Please check if there were any recent changes done to the mailbox. Also, is that the end of the log that you have shown in the screenshot?

@Ramya0457Hi Ramya, Are you sending all these emails to one single email address or to different users? if it is same email address please do check if the mail box is full. Also please do work with your emailbox maintenance team to resolve this as this seems to be a more specific issue from the smtp server side.
