Installing on Drive D

Nice to meet you.

We have received a request to install Pega-related applications to drive D instead of drive C where the OS is located. Edge and Visual Studio can be installed on the C drive. They want to put Pega-related applications on the D drive.

My question is, for example, if I install applications such as Pega Robot Runtime on the D drive, will it cause any inconvenience? We are unable to prepare an environment for immediate testing, so I am asking this question here. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with some guidance.

Hi,

It does not matter which drive you choose to install the Pega Robotics applications. Post the installation, All the Runtime and studio config files will have be placed in the installed drive patch and same happens with CredMgr UI as well. The same method is worked for us. we have tested the approach in my previous assignment once.
