How can impelment the SLA when the deadline is reached reporting manager of the current user should receive an escalation email stating the user name.
@Mohamed_Akeel In SLA , you escalate when ever goal, deadline or passeddead lines reached
we have an option “action“ for every milestone ther you select notify manager and customise what to be send as email
@Satish Sudagoni I set action to notify to the manager but I got this error. see the image below
@Mohamed_Akeel the reporting manager operator record might be not having the email id mentioned.
@Amar Deshmukh already there is a manager with email id. But it is not working.
@Mohamed_Akeel firstly, to send an email , you need to do email configuration . Without that you cannot send an email .
secondly , to email address is not configured properly. Do trace it to check.
