We are working on upgrading our application from Pega 7 to Pega 8.6.

@BharatS41 Have you tried with the link you provided with the RS specific to your target PEGA platform version?

The link I provided just gives an overview of the rule conflicts with in the Major Version, in this case it is for Pega 8.
